Always keep in mind, that these types of heels/platform heels are not to be worn day in day out or 8 hours a day.  This is called living in these shoes.  Do not live in them.  They are for play or fantasy only.  Platform heels and other types of heels over 2 inches tall are bad for your feet, knees, back and posture.  You should work in a pair of comfortable padded shoes with strong frame sides to support your arch, feet and posture.  Extreme high heels and platform heels, including boots, pumps, sandals etc should be worn for a short time play or on special occasions or at least no more than 2 to 3 hours on a weekend/2 days a week (Any 2 days or Friday & Saturday or Sunday) no more or longer.  This also applies for those pointed toe shoes.  Soft fabric padded cushion shoes are also bad for your feet, arch, spine and back posture.  Stepping into a pair of cushion slippers in the morning is okay for the 45 minutes to getting ready but do not live in them.  The phrase living in them, means walking in and staying in a pair of shoes for 8 hours or longer a day every day.

Another shoe that should not be lived in.  Most teens wear these as fashion statement.  Very bad for your feet, back and arches.
