Walking in these extreme heels takes practice.  You'd have to start in low platform first.  In fact start by standing in a pair of 5 inch heels if you are coming from a pair of 4 1/2 inch instep/heels or if you are coming from a pair of 5 ingh heels to a pair of 5 1/2 inch heels and so on.  Stand in them until you are comfortable.  Then take a few small steps.  Relax.  Take more steps.  Give yourself a certain length, like from one wall to the other side/wall.  Continue walking back and forth until you get a smooth rhythm and a faster pace.  Once you mastered that now you're ready for a 2 inch platform.  You can also go back down to a regular single sole shoe with a 6 inch heel before you try going to a 5 1/2 inch instep with a 2 or 3 inch platform.  The strategy is to stand in a pair that you can't walk in and become comfortable standing in them then attempt to walk.  This could be a one week procedure.
